Shipping policy

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is $11.95 per order within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is complimentary on qualifying merchandise subtotals of $150 or more, after discounts and before shipping and tax.

Current Insider members receive complimentary standard shipping at $75; current Signature members at $50. Use the customer account associated with your membership. Existing earned member benefits remain in place while we prepare our rewards update.

Any additional carrier or expedited services offered are priced separately at checkout. Complimentary standard shipping does not include expedited services. Subscription shipping follows the terms shown for that subscription at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed in the order received. Our standard processing time is 1–5 business days. During peak periods, holidays and special releases, please allow 7–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Transit time begins after your order is shipped and varies by carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

We select the appropriate carrier and packaging for your order. Orders may be combined or shipped in separate packages. Combining separate orders does not combine their free-shipping thresholds or create a refund of shipping fees already paid.

Shipping charges and help

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, including returned, undeliverable, unclaimed or refused packages. For approved fulfillment-error or damage claims, contact our team for assistance.
