PRODUCTS & CARE
We strive for accuracy, but variations in color, texture, and natural materials may occur.
Our candles are made with high-quality soy and coconut apricot wax blends, which naturally have a lower melting point.
During warmer months, it is completely normal for candles to soften or develop a light layer of oil or residue that may leak through the lid to the outside of the jar while in transit.
This does not affect the quality or performance of the candle.
Once the candle cools and resets, it will burn beautifully as intended. Any residue can simply be wiped clean with a paper towel.
Because this is a natural characteristic of the wax and a result of environmental conditions beyond our control, we do not offer replacements or refunds for candles affected by heat during shipping.
Natural waxes like soy and coconut apricot can sometimes create an uneven or textured surface after burning.
This is completely normal and does not impact how the candle performs.
Yes. Our candles are made with thoughtfully selected, high-quality ingredients designed for a clean and reliable burn.
We use a premium coconut apricot wax blend in our Signature and Estate jars, and 100% soy wax in our Mason and Votive candles. All candles are poured with 100% cotton wicks and crafted using high-quality, clean fragrance oils.
Each formula is designed to burn beautifully when proper candle care is followed.
In most cases, yes.
Our Signature Jars are designed to burn hotter for a strong fragrance throw, so we recommend trimming the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn to maintain a clean, even flame.
Our Estate Jars are engineered for a slower, more controlled burn and may not require trimming as frequently.
Mason and Votive Jars can vary slightly by scent, so use your best judgment and trim as needed.
Trimming your wick helps:
- reduce soot
- maintain a clean, even flame
- extend the life of your candle
We recommend burning your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
Burning for too short a time can cause tunneling, while burning too long may overheat the jar or affect the wick.
For your first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. This typically takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of the candle.
This helps create an even burn and prevents tunneling over time.
