Shipping Rates & Fees
Standard shipping orders take 1-5 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Shipping is the charge for mjhomedecor.com order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors, some "in stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. This will not be reflected in the estimated delivery date range provided in checkout. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.

- Items that arrive damage in transit, please take a photo and email the order number, photo and item name to hello@mjhomedecor.com. A claim will be filed on your behalf and a refund or replacement will be issued depending on stock availability.
- We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).
- We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for FedEx guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact FedEx (1-800-463-3339).
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us via email at hello@mjhomedecor.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so in time.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused.
MJHome does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service. Email hello@mjhomedecor.com immediately and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
Cancelation Policy
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
Please email the order number to hello@mjhomedecor.com to request to cancel an order. No order is canceled until confirmation has been sent by a customer service representative. Email responses may take up to 12-24 hours.
Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from MJHome. If something isn’t quite right, our self-service portal makes returns easy.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (the day your carrier marks the package delivered).

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/parts included.

Final Sale/Clearance items (including prices ending in $.99), free-gift items from promotional orders, and items purchased with coupon codes marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.
What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
At checkout you can add VIP Return Coverage. When you opt-in:

Your return shipping label is FREE for any item(s) you send back for a refund or exchange.

Start your return in the portal and your label will be automatically covered.
If you do not purchase VIP Return Coverage:

You can still return your items using the portal.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund (or you may ship the item back with your own insured carrier).
All returns are subject to the guidelines on this page.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (less return label cost if VIP was not purchased). Original shipping is non-refundable.

At our discretion, a 20%+ restocking fee may apply if an item is not returned in original condition, is missing parts, shows signs of use, or was damaged due to improper repacking.

Unauthorized returns or returns that arrive outside the policy window may be refused.

You may send your return with any trackable, insured carrier. For items valued over $75, please use tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns shipped outside the portal without tracking.

With VIP Coverage: No, your return label is free.

Without VIP Coverage: The return label cost is deducted from your refund when using our portal.
Can I return Final Sale items?

Final Sale/Clearance (including prices ending in $.99) are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long do refunds take?

1-3 business days after the return is delivered to our warehouse. Your bank/card may take an additional 2–5 days to post.

Damage Policy
All claims must be submitted through our Returns & Claims Portal.
Please have the following ready:
- Your order number and shipping zip code
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
⚠️ Do not discard any damaged items or packaging materials (including boxes, bubble wrap, or shipping labels). Carriers require this information and photos for all claims.
Once your claim is submitted with the required details, we file directly with the carrier. As soon as the claim is complete, we will issue your replacement or refund right away, no extended waiting period.
