Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors, some "in stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. This will not be reflected in the estimated delivery date range provided in checkout. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.

Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with all of your purchases, so we understand sometimes it just doesn't work out.

  • You can return the unused item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your package from the shipping carrier.
  • Returns are eligible for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment minus 5% merchant fee.
  • Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns.
  • We do not accept returns on marked Final Sale/Clearance items, items ending in $.99 or items from an order using a coupon.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
  • At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a 20%+ restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
