Shipping is the charge for mjhomedecor.com order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors, some "in stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment. This will not be reflected in the estimated delivery date range provided in checkout. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us via email at hello@mjhomedecor.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so in time.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused.
When placing an order online, please note that your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Orders are processed in the order they are received within 1-5 business days.

Orders that have already been shipped - cannot be cancelled and customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
Please email the order number to hello@mjhomedecor.com to request to cancel an order and the method in which you would like to be reimbursed. No order is canceled until confirmation has been sent by a customer service representative. Email responses may take up to 12-24 hours.

We want you to be thrilled with all of your purchases, so we understand sometimes it just doesn't work out.
- You can return the unused item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your package from the shipping carrier.
- Returns are eligible for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment minus 5% merchant fee.
- Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns.
- We do not accept returns on marked Final Sale/Clearance items, items ending in $.99 or items from an order using a coupon.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
- At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a 20%+ restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Returns will be processed and credit/refund will be issued within 5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
